RTA absolutely rubbish

No-one replies to messages Other party admitted liability almost immediately, accident occurred in June 24. Have had to chase constantly, no replies to messages, had multiple advisors, last info was the other party had 28 days to reply to court, that was 3 months ago! Who is chasing? It’s certainly not caseworker Ellie Knight!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND RUDEST RECEPTIOIST I EVEN SAW IN MY LIFE

I MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET SOME HELP FROM MILLIE HARRIS AND SHE KEEPS HANIGNG UP PHONE WHEN ASKED SIMPLE QUESTION- NO WONDER YOU HAD 1 STAR AND VERY PLATFORM I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues we are facing in our communication and documentation process. First and foremost, despite numerous attempts on our part, it appears that there has been a significant breakdown in communication. As I have stated previously, both my partner and I have made repeated efforts to contact you regarding the unresolved matters related to our recent accident. We have clear records of these attempts, including phone calls and emails. During our previous conversations, I raised concerns regarding the excessive number of emails being sent to us. Despite having provided the necessary documentation, including signed Docusign documents and drawings, we continue to receive requests for the same information. This redundant process is not only inefficient but also incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, during our recent phone calls, you assured us that all required documents and drawings were received over three months ago. However, the continued receipt of emails requesting the same information directly contradicts this assurance. It is evident that there is a significant discrepancy between the information provided and the actions taken on your end. I must emphasize that the lack of updates, information, and ownership of these issues is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Our attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with evasion and, at times, outright rudeness. It is imperative that you understand the gravity of this situation and take immediate action to rectify it. I urge you to escalate this matter urgently and thoroughly investigate the discrepancies in our communication and documentation. Additionally, I request that you listen to recordings of our previous calls to gain a better understanding of the issues at hand. I am curious to know why did you abruptly hang up the call while I was asking a straightforward question? Firstly, I'm puzzled as to why I continue to receive emails despite sending drawings and signed documents, which were confirmed by you three months ago Secondly, why was the call terminated without addressing this issue? I would like to request transcripts of our conversation. Thirdly, I'm concerned about the perceived rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed. I am shocked as you wouldnt even clarify which documents you are expecting from me inspite of me asking you numerous times. Time is of the essence, and it is crucial that we resolve these matters promptly to avoid any further inconvenience or misunderstanding. I expect to receive a comprehensive update on the steps taken to address these issues.

I was involved in a RTA . 27 August 22. My insurance company RSA gave me the contact details for Carpenters. After the initial formalities over a couple of weeks they have failed in dealing with my claim professionally. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I have been given numerous different persons who have supposedly took it over to mo avail. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews on this company beforehand.

4 Years in and no progress

Very bad company. They have been handling a basic personal injury claim for me for nearly four and a half years. For two whole years of this time, I received no communication from them whatsoever. They have had the case for so long, no other solicitor wants to take it on so I am stuck with them. Donna, you may wonder why i have singled you out - where as you are not handling my case, I sent a direct email of complaint to you and you did not even bother to reply. Do not use this company. If your insurance company tries to make you use them after an accident, do yourself a favour and find someone else.
