Redundancy Settlement
Magara is an excellent choice for employment law and redundancy issues. I had a good experience with Shahrzad, who was empathetic and approachable, giving due consideration to my circumstances and case. I used Magara to handle my Redundancy settlement with an Oxford-based company, and they were thorough and detail-oriented. As my employer had already caused great harm to my career and visa status, I had lost all trust in them. Knowing this, Magara was especially careful about contractual details which could have caused ambiguity and distress later on. They explained each aspect of the agreement in great detail, so I felt confident signing it. Dominic was also prompt and efficient throughout the process. I will recommend Magara for anyone going through redundancy settlements or negotiations.

Identified key sticking points and successfully reworded
UK employment law leaves little wiggle room: the ‚employee must‘ vs ‚the company at its sole discretion may make reasonable effort‘. What often is mere box ticking elsewhwere, the Magara law team took on seriously to remove significant legal risks from previously poor language. Thank you for pushing this through!
