This was a very tight conveyancing completed in 4.5 weeks with a whole lot of issues to deal with, which Tricia handled brilliantly. The chain was already established when we joined after a previous sale at the top of the chain had fallen down; that meant we had a fast race to exchange or mortgage offers down the chain would be forfeited. Tricia was just superb and we are very grateful.

I cannot recommend Tricia Chapman from Atkins Dellow enough! We were first time buyers and had to move quickly on an offer, she got back to us on the same day I contacted her and was extremely efficient. She was thorough and diligent throughout the whole process and we felt completely safe in her hands. Our vendors solicitor was a nightmare and she was very patient with us when we started to get stressed about the delays, she consistently chased them and looked after our best interests. We will be contacting her for any future purchases and recommending her to all our friends and family.

From first interaction, through to completion Tricia & Rebecca were incredibly helpful and didn’t mind explaining things in great detail when required (most of the time). I was kept up-to-date throughout the process and was always timely in responding to emails. It was a complex purchase but in competent hands and Tricia and her team would chase searches and the bank to enable us to complete in a timely manner.
