House purchase
A difficult house purchase complicated by the seller's circumstance, current tenants and the commercial lender. We normally routinely complete purchases within 2 months whilst this one took 4 months. Our solicitor Ben Rothery was excellent as usual, very tenacious and communication was very good throughout.

MFG Review
