Fantastic Service
As an ex estate agent, I had dealt with hundreds of property sales over the years and too many solicitors practices to remember, most of which move at 2 speeds, slow and slower. I have to say, I have finally found one in Jack Emptage at CWC, who works alongside his Father John, who is by far, the best I have ever dealt with by a mile. WHY you might ask.? Well Jack does what he says, when he says it, every time . We were dealing with a leasehold sale of my Fathers flat, involving FIRST PORT and E& M who are notoriously slow. Jack was extremely knowledgable regarding these 2 companies and together working in tandem, managed to get a completion in under 2 months which is probably a record! I can’t thank Jack enough, nothing was too much trouble and the big difference was that he actually picks up the phone and uses it to chase things. In this business, communication is everything!
