Trustworthy

I was in a really bad place after the break down of my marriage. I initially sent Lydia a couple of brief emails about my situation but by the time of our first appointment she already had a clear understanding on what exactly needed to be done. Everything seemed confusing at first but Lydia broke it down into easy-to-understand steps. Every email I sent had a prompt reply and every question was answered effectively. I have three court orders now that protect me and my children. Lydia did all the complicated and stressful work and made this part of my life so much easier to manage. 100% recommend.

Discharge of special guardianship order

Excellent service. Lydia went above and behold to sort out case despite the Court and other organisations making things difficult. 100% recommend

Amazing and reliable.

I've been with wollens since 2022 for family court proceedings, having only recenting had proceedings come to an end, with a positive outcome for my child. It was a very upsetting and daunting time, especially with it being the 1st time in family court. Wollens (especially my solicitor, lydia Murray) have been amazing throughout the entire duration of proceedings. Very friendly, truthful and reliable. As somebody with anxiety, and someone who always overthinks, lydia was amazing at helping me, giving me advice, and always calming me, as well as ensuring I was okay. Very professional, and approachable. I was never made to feel silly for how I was feeling. Whilst working with lydia, she seemed to know how I would be feeling and what I'd be thinking, even before I had told her. She truly cares about her clients. I truly believe it's down to lydia, as well as the amazing barrister she booked for me, is the reason my child is having a meaningful yet safe relationship with his other parent. Can't thank lydia and the firm enough. Without fail, If I find myself back in proceedings in the future, my first stop will be wollens.
