I instructed Danielle Castle at DMH Stallard to handle the sale of my house in Brighton and the purchase of a house in Newhaven. The process took over a year because of unexpected circumstances. At one point Danielle had to hand over to her colleague Becky Miller and her paralegal Julie Clark. This could have been a very anxious-making time, but I didn't need to worry. I was impressed by the smooth transition. At every turn Becky answered all my questions promptly and reassuringly. When the agents came up with a novel approach to the collapse of our chain, I asked Becky's advice before agreeing and her experience was invaluable in helping me to make a decision.
