I instructed Danielle Castle at DMH Stallard to handle the sale of my house in Brighton and the purchase of a house in Newhaven. The process took over a year because of unexpected circumstances. At one point Danielle had to hand over to her colleague Becky Miller and her paralegal Julie Clark. This could have been a very anxious-making time, but I didn't need to worry. I was impressed by the smooth transition. At every turn Becky answered all my questions promptly and reassuringly. When the agents came up with a novel approach to the collapse of our chain, I asked Becky's advice before agreeing and her experience was invaluable in helping me to make a decision. I felt protected by her and I had full confidence in her knowledge and experience. Julie was conscientious throughout and incredibly helpful on completion day. I have no hesitation in recommending them all and I thank them very much for facilitating this move into my new home.
I thoroughly recommend Becky Miller and her team at DMH Stallard in Horsham. They dealt very efficiently with the conveyancing required during the recent sale of my flat. All the necessary online documentation and paperwork were dealt with promptly and effectively with any associated emails/phone calls always being timely, on point and handled with open and approachable efficiency. There were a few complications on the buyer’s side, each of which were smoothly handled by Becky and her team and I was very pleased indeed to have them acting on my behalf.
