Our request to prepare LPAs - both HW & PFA - was handled professionally throughout. The process was explained well and we understood what would happen, in what order and the expected duration for each step in the process. WM handled our queries on the content of the LPAs well, explaining the reasoning for the proposed/selected wording. We were 'hand-held' through the extensive document signing stage, as were our Attorneys who had to 'do their bit' remotely. We were very pleased with the end result.
