All business dealt with promptly and correctly by the Solicitor and by her team. They were all very helpful and always answered my questions to my satisfaction.It was a difficult time for me after my husband' death but I found them all both sympathetic and empathetiv.

It was such a sad and difficult time for me, but Kerin and Amy were not only business like in their approach but also kind and friendly. Plus as well, in this day and age, they were so prompt and efficient which seems to be a bit of a rarity!! Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The process in preparing both Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for any individual needs experienced guidance and advice throughout. In addition, a awareness and understanding regarding the sensitive nature of the various decisions being made is also important. My wife and I found that all these key requirements were provided by Kerin Speedie, and her team at Whitehead Monckton.
