High appreciation of the very great quality of service provided.
i had written a review which mysteriously disappeared before I could submit it. I want to emphasise what a remarkably pleasant and highly professional experience it was working with Kerry Martin and other members of the Frettens such as Lucie, Michelle and Nikki (if i remember the names correctly). Kerry went out of her way to deal with my various requests and always explained things clearly. She also acted quickly and efficiently, surpassing all expectations. In fact i cannot recall getting such wonderful treatment. i will in due course ask if Frettens will act for me on another property task if it falls within the services they offer, as well as suggesting them to members of my family over time. Thank you Kerry and also other members of your team. i have clicked all the boxes below because they genuinely all apply!
