Fiona specialises in divorce and finances and dealing with cases with multiple assets, businesses and pensions, particularly public sector pensions. Fiona grew up in Kingsbridge, going to school there and undertaking A levels, before going on to do a law degree at the University of Birmingham 2001-2004, where she achieved a 2.1. In 2004 Fiona went to the College of Law (now the University of Law) in Birmingham to do her LPC, finishing in 2005 with a distinction. After playing hockey for almost 20 years, Fiona is now learning to play golf. She loves going for walks in the Devon countryside with her two border collies, Lass and Lana.

    My engagement with Tozers lasted for 8 months and I found them to be extremely professional and concise as you would expect any law firm to be, however through my interactions with Fiona Wadey (Senior Associate) she brought with her an air of genuine care and thoughfulness, which made a big difference to what is never a nice process to go through.
