Victoria Simpson, Katie Hadlow and team at Boys and Maughan were recommended to me by a friend when I looked for a solicitor to handle my house sale, and I was not disappointed. The sale dragged out for various reasons, my buyers lost their buyer, and there were some issues to do with official documents and searches. Victoria Simpson was pro-active and very responsive; queries or issues were dealt with in a timely manner and showed professionalism and experience. Her advice was sound and I felt in good hands with Victoria. Any minor questions were dealt with amiably and capably by Katie. I can only recommend Victoria and team at Boys and Maughan.

As an estate agent having good communication is vital to the success of any sale and purchase. I have known Victoria for years now and she is extremely diligent, always replies on the same day if not within an hour. Also with complex cases you can rest assured you are in the best hands with Victoria but as long as the solicitor on the other side is as efficient you can expect to cut down your process time if you instruct Victoria and highly recommend. I have been 26 years as an estate agent and I cannot rate anyone as high as I do with Victoria.
