I have received excellent service from Iain Grimes and Adele Satur. Responses to my questions were fast and accurate. I felt they worked in my best interest throughout. Initially by obtaining a lease extension then onto the sale of the property and simultaneous purchase of another property. Advice given to me was practical, knowledgeable, easy to understand and free of legal jargon unless necessary which was also explained fully. Both Iain and Adele are very approachable. Property conveyance with challenges
I had no hesitation in instructing Fraser Dawbarns in Downham Market with regard to the sale of my parents property as Sole Executor.
Fraser Dawbarns had been initially highly recommended by a neighbour and as a result acted for my son in the purchase of a property in 2017.
The sale of my parents property involved three different sets of buyers before a successful outcome.
I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. The conveyancing team was particularly supportive during the difficulties encountered. My enquiries always received a same day response and I cannot fault the advice given. Perspective was never lost. I always had confidence that whatever I was charged would reflect the work undertaken. The transfer of proceeds upon completion of the sale was highly efficient.
