It started with an attempt to buy a new build house in December 2025, which because if Henna's excellent work was found to have significant legal issues that even the seller was unaware of. Even today it is still unoccupied. We abandoned the purchase in mid-January 2026 and tried to buy a house elsewhere. This purchase failed too when the seller reneged on agreements to sign and exchanged on agreed timescales. We searched for a new build house that was complete and after a total of five months homeless, Henna was able to complete the purchase of our new house in just six weeks. Throughout the process Henna was able to calmly give us what turned out to be very good advice. She undertook investigations personally to discover the true status of the vendors intentions in spite of less than truthful statements from others. Throughout the process, where other parties negotiated in bad faith, and often told outright untruths, she was able to give calm supportive advice. We cannot overstate how professional and knowledgeable she has been. If we ever need to buy another house again we would definitely use her services.

I wanted to share the brilliant experience we recently had selling our home and buying a new one in Twickenham. Both our sale and purchase were expertly handled by Henna Lynch, ably assisted by James and I cannot speak more highly of them. Moving home is an incredibly stressful experience, but on first meeting Henna she had an approach which was so incredibly professional, but with a calming and reassuring personality to make you feel whatever happens, Henna and her team have everything covered - even down to small details, processes and elements others would of missed. There was not a point in the process where we had to chase Henna, she covered not only the basics but made sure every element that needed to be considered was and ended up being the most organised and efficient solicitor out out of the three in the chain. From a personal perspective, whenever we had to meet with Henna she exuded such a friendly, calm organised and knowledgeable approach I soon came to realise I'm not sure I'd of coped without her. I know Henna is passionate about what she does but she truly made a difference to a key life event in the journey of our family, and we wish her every continued success with providing such vital services to the community. I wanted to share recent experience where at the outset it seemed like an easy sale and purchase and small chain, only to turn out that the purchase was a lot more complicated mainly due to being on a private road and the deeds related to the property (c. 1930s) not being in line with majority of the others and then secondly a very difficult seller (who was also a solicitor) and tried to catch us out many times by trying to use techniques to force us to commit either deposits or exchange without agreeing that her title was faulty and claiming indemnity insurance would be sufficient when it was not. I give complete credit to Henna who was representing us and our lender, Henna successfully realised the defective title and what would seem small gap or maybe could have been misinterpreted that the indemnity insurance was sufficient (when it was not). Henna stood her ground for us against a very difficult agency and seller, she also was rightly firm with us that we should not proceed until the title is corrected. Eventually Henna was able to convince all parties and we got titles corrected and our house move went through end of July. I would highly recommend Henna Lynch and the OWC team as being very diligent and trustworthy solicitors, in addition to being extremely prompt with communication and emails and handovers to her team and also a shout out to Milka who covered and gave us comfort she was in control when needed.

What can I say… I just want to first of all give my biggest thanks to Henna Lynch. She dived right in to help my mother selling her house after our last experience with a different lawyer (called my mother “mentally incompetent” to my face and hers. Disgusting.) Henna took her time to update me and my mother on every single step that was happening. She is kind and considerate and everything was completed in an adequate amount of time. I would recommend this place and Henna over and over again. Thank you.
