Preparation of Lasting power of attorney
Hansells was retained by me to prepare and arrange for the registration of a lasting power of attorney. The service they provided was both efficient and friendly, with all matters relevant to my requirements being clearly explained and appropriately drafted accordingly. The process leading to registration was also fully explained.

My Experience
I recently visited Hansells to revise my existing Will (I had already made two other Wills with that Firm).
My Will was somewhat complicated but, the procedure was made easy by the professionalism of my Solicitor, Rebecca Fuller. Her friendly approach and knowledge answered all my questions, and made the language of the 'lawyer' understandable. I am content that my mind has been set at rest in the knowledge that all aspects of my bequests have been met. I would add that it is important to a client to have this assurance, especially when you reach a certain age, and I felt that the confidential information given would be respected. Communication was very good and the service very quick. As regards charges, I was fully aware of these, as an itemised invoice was sent out with the Draft copy. I felt the charges were very fair especially, in view of the work involved. I would have no hesitation in using Hansells again, if the occasion arose.
