how to deal with a difficult residential tenant

Excellent legal professional - first class service
My company has used Kayleigh for many years to help resolve tenancy disputes - primarily serving notices and undertaking possession proceedings. She is our 'go to person.'
We highly recommend her to clients for any housing related issues. That said, I know that Kayleigh is not just a housing specialist - it's just that I've not had reason to use her for anything non-housing related.
