Matthew Dunford and his team at Farnfields Solicitors, Warminster have handled several property purchases and sales for me over the past seven or eight years. Matt is always professional, pragmatic and very easy to deal with, and he does a great job of keeping transactions moving along smoothly. A special mention as well to Dawn in the team, who has always been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Most recently they handled the sale of my flat in Bath and everything was managed efficiently from start to finish.

We have no hesitation in giving Farnfield's a five star review We are long standing clients and are always very satisfied with the service we receive. Matthew Dunford has been my conveyancing solicitor throughout a very long house purchase. During the process the chain had broke and I had to move into three different temporary accommodations. Thankfully my stress was eased with Matthews fast and detailed responses. This is my first house purchase and I have always heard how conveyancing solicitors can act slowly and inaccurately. Not in my case! I have had a great experience with Farnfields throughout the 9 months. Not once has Farnfield not met my expectations. I would strongly recommend.
