Our family used Farnfields Shaftesbury to help us navigate Probate for my Mother in Law's Estate. This was so helpful because we needed to ask the executors (The Bank) to step down and also set up a Deed of Variation which was all handled so professionally and smoothly by Farnfields. They set up an Executors bank account and advised us of the sensible route to disburse the money within the family. We couldn't have done this without Farnfields. Patience, face to face meetings and email made the whole process manageable.

Excellent Service for Both Buying and Selling!

I have had an excellent experience working with Ella-Rose Sitch and Lucy Liney, both for the purchase of my first flat and now its sale. They were incredibly efficient, and approachable throughout both processes. Their communication was clear, timely, and always reassuring, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Excellent Service ... again

We appointed Farnfields to do the conveyancing on the sale of our house in London, having already used them twice before (transfer of agricultural land from pension to personal ownership, purchase of a cottage in Wiltshire). Once again, Ingrid Hindle handled the transaction for us, including recovering all our costs on a prior abortive sale and then completing on an actual sale in double quick time (just 3 weeks from acceptance of offer through enquiries to exchange and completion). Ingrid and her team (shout out for Leah) were professional, prompt, proactive and a pleasure to deal with.
