It would appear that I know more about the law with regards to my situation than they do! Incorrect information was provided to me and I became sick to death answering the same question over and over again. It reminded me of the quote: 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result'. Also, in this day and age there is no excuse for issuing documents containing spelling errors. Obviously they do not use a spell checker.

Just completed on a complicated and long house purchase. Caron Abbott @ Gillingham has been patient, supportive and understanding. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t understand something and never made me feel stupid for asking what could have been silly questions.
