All in all a good result
I just wanted to thank you for acting on behalf of my Uncle and myself for the selling of the above property.
Buying and selling of property can be quite stressful, especially when it is not your own, but your help and support was very much appreciated. It made it a much easier process for me considering the circumstances that caused the property needing to be sold. The new owners are well settled into their new home and are delighted with the property they have purchased. So all in all a good result!!

Selling experience
I was so grateful that the process of selling my property went so well due to the support of the Hansell's team, and in particular, Emma. I was well informed at all stages and I did not feel any anxiety at all, with what can be a stressful experience. I really appreciated their hard work.

A Huge Thank you
I would just like to say a huge "Thank you" for all of the work you have done to get the sale of the bungalow over the line. The first buyers were extremely difficult and it was very reassuring to have your calm presence smoothing the way. We are expecting to receive the proceeds of the sale any day now and it is such a relief to know that the bungalow is off our hands.

Regular communication is so important when moving.
My experience was frenetic due to the April rise in stamp duty and members of the property chain desperate to avoid it. However, the sale of my home was managed by Emma Bumphrey with tenacity and professionalism. Conveyancing is complex, but the stress was eased considerably by regular communication from Hansells.

Great firm, would definitely recommend!
Emma was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. She stuck to the time frame and cost she had predicted which was great. I was sorry not to see her when it was finalised and wish her all the best for the future. If I need to use the firm again I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch.

My experience with Emma bumphrey
I was recommended to use Emma by a friend who had already used her and I’m very glad I took the advice as she was amazing always happy to help and answer all my questions and kept me up to date the whole way through the getting of my mortgage and the speed it went through I thank Emma for aswell as she was always ahead of the game will definitely use again in future
