Great service - Helpful & professional
We have worked with Rachelle and the team at Lockings Solicitors for quite some time now - They are always more than willing to take the time to explain matters further, whether it's legal terminology, Anti Money Laundering checks, or clauses within contracts and leases, which either we or our clients have been unsure of. Rachelle gathers updates from her team regularly and provides the same to me within 24 hours of my request, I personally couldn't ask for a greater service than that. I would definitely recommend this company for a 1st class service.

Effective Progression on a High Volume of Purchases

Could not of done this without Rachelle!
In buying my family home, I was naturally very nervous in wanting to make sure that everything was going to go through smoothly.
The owner was in a chain and it was very time sensitive. Rachelle was up for the challenge and was extremely friendly, explained all parts of the transaction to me and got me to completion without breaking a sweat.
She is by far one of the best solicitors that I have worked with and would not use anyone else in the future.
