Outstanding SErvice Provided
We dealt with Owen Walsh in the main and also Gareth Collins - a reasonably complex transaction which was handled professionally and with pace by both. Clear communication and speedy responses kept us fully informed throughout. Understandably these things do take time to complete, however being kept informed and emails responded to the same day and with clear and easy to understand responses took away any pressure we felt during this process. Gareth Collins of Goodlaw Solicitors advised, and led me through a particularly difficult transfer,of a commercial lease between a new and former tenant.
Gareth proved to be very thorough,patient and professional during the whole process,and the fees were very reasonable.

Gareth Collins and his assistant Diane Munro
Gareth Collins at the Hassocks office dealt with a tricky sale (a flying freehold)and purchase (16th century Grade 2 listed house where a Deed of Easement was required for water supply); an abortive sale and redemption of a mortgage.
Gareth and his assistant Diane are very easy to deal with and helpful. I found that Gareth was punctilious in responding to phone calls and emails quickly - and out of office hours. He thinks about each transaction and gives tailored advice.
He is also clear on costs and his fees were very reasonable.
I would recommend Gareth and Diane very highly as being professional but very user friendly.
