Waste of space!

Used Ken Glass after we were forced out of business by Dundee City Council and Waterfront project! Useless! Told we would get a good payout on two cases! He allowed first one to time out and even contacted wrong solicitors to find out who insurers were! We live abroad now and had to fly back to find out where company were we were suing to find they no longer existed! Two years he had to find this out ? Totally negligent! Received no correspondence at any time ! Contacted a director and got no reply! He then blamed it on us for not supplying information he never asked for ! He failed to contact our accountant! It was no win no fee ! So who paid him?

NO SHOW BY SOLICITOR

MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE MR KEN GLASS OVER 5 WEEKS AGO. TURNED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO FIND OUT THAT HE HAD DECIDED TO TAKE 3 DAYS OFF AND NO ONE IN THE OFFICE HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.
THE RECEPTIONIST THEN ASKED IF I WISHED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
