Wind up of Estate and Sale of House
Each member of this firm is amazing and a major asset to the firm. From my first interaction back in February to the end of September they have guided me through things like the complex inheritance tax issues, finalising my sisters estate and removing all the stress when dealing with companies after a loved ones passing. The service I received when selling the family home after 62 years was exactly what I needed , compassionate , professional and when i needed it a push in the right direction. My late Father was an existing client of Blackadders so it made sense to use them to administer his Estate on my behalf. It was a decision I do not regret as the service provided by both Wendy and Tracy at the Dundee office was second to none and I can't fault them with the service provided. We got very good help with arranging the Power of Attorney and sale of apartment for a relative of us. We live in different countries but the support and help was very smooth. Excellent and fast help with all the matters needed to be taken care of. We are very happy to have had such fine help from Blackadders (especially Natasha and Claire).

We used Louise Patterson at Blackadders recently to update our wills and put powers of attorney in place. Louise was efficient, quick to respond and made the whole process easy to understand. It's a relief to know that we now have appropriate instructions in place, and Louise was brilliant at guiding us through. All the fees were confirmed up front, so we knew what our final bill would be. We'd really recommend using Blackadders.

Blackadders have made the whole process of selling our home incredibly easy. From marketing the property to dealing with viewer requests and eventually to closing the sale they were excellent. Moving on to the solicitor side of the sale, we dealt with one person the whole time which made the process stress free as the solicitor was responsive and kept us up to date with the progress. I'd highly recommend Blackadders to anyone who is looking to sell their home or purchase a new house.
