Batchelor Sharp

We used Kieran and his team for the purchase of our second home. The process went on a long time, but throughout they were completely on top of everything. Every question we asked, however small, was answered promptly and clearly and we never had to chase for an update as they kept us in the loop the whole time. Buying a property can be really stressful, but having Kieran and his team made a real difference. We’d happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling, or in our case both! Hopefully we won’t need their services again (fingers crossed this is our forever home), but if we do, we wouldn’t go to anyone else.

We were very happy with our experience with Kieran and his team. They were always approachable, professional and efficient. They had a good relationship with our estate agents which helped in pushing things through. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have been very fortunate to have Paul Taylor helping us with both the lease for our new business and our house sale. Opening a new business can be quite stressful, especially when dealing with legal matters and tight deadlines, but Paul has been incredibly patient, understanding and supportive throughout. He is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely approachable and easy to talk to. We really appreciate the time and effort he has put into helping us. Thank you, Paul, for all your hard work and support. We would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a solicitor they can trust.

Kieran and his team did a great job on a leasehold purchase. They kept me fully informed, did everything for me and highlighted anything I needed to pay close attention to. No hidden extras so no surprise costs at the end. Thanks Kieran and his team 👍

I am not able to thank Jackie and her team enough for all their hard work throughout buying my first home. Being a first time buyer going through the process can be incredibly overwhelming but Jackie and her team made it feel so much easier with their professionalism, patience and excellent communication. She made sure nothing was left unanswered and made everything work as smoothly as possible. I felt genuinely cared for about achieving the best outcome and was always happy to explain anything I wasn’t sure about. Thanks to the dedication and support I finally have the keys to my first home and I am so grateful they made that happen. I would recommend Jackie and her team if you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and supportive solicitor. Thank you again to Jackie Emma, Marie, Kelly and Bethany.

We chose Bachelor Sharp for the sell of our house and purchase of a new house and we had Kieran help us through the process. Kieran and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout what was a very stressful process. Kieran was very friendly and professional. There was never any issue with communication and him and his team always went above and beyond to help us through. Unfortunately we had issues with our buyer but Kieran was always there to help and we appreciate him and the team for all their help as they were always on top of everything and nothing was ever too much. I would highly recommend Bachelor Sharp. Thank you Kieran and to your team for being the solicitors we needed to see this through.

We recently sold and purchased a house using Batchelor Sharp. Kieran was really helpful, he sent through covering letters alongside legal paperwork to explain things layman's terms for us and was always happy to answer our questions. We had a difficult chain and he was really helpful in providing advice on how to proceed and worked tirelessly to complete our sale/purchase. Thank you so much Kieran!
