I can’t recommend Janine Moreno highly enough. She guided me through my settlement agreement with real professionalism, clarity and care. Every step of the process was explained in plain English, so I always understood exactly where things stood and what my options were. She was quick to respond, thorough in her advice and genuinely looked out for my interests throughout. What stood out most was her integrity. When the work came in slightly above the agreed contribution, she capped her fees as a gesture of goodwill without being asked. That says a lot about the kind of solicitor she is. The whole matter was handled efficiently and with minimal stress on my side. If you need advice on a settlement agreement or any employment matter, Janine is the person to speak to.
