Nothing but failed promises, complete lack of communication, incorrect documentation issued and life altering delays caused simply requesting our own documentation. Do not even consider using them. They may be fine taking your money when setting up initial paperwork but down the line they are nothing but a headache, when already trying to deal with incredibly stressful situations.

I have been trying to complete my will with Simpsons Solicitors who are part of the Right Legal Group. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 years. There are numerous mistakes in the will (including the spelling of my name) and I have called, emailed, complete the online form and submitted responses to their legal portal with no response I am now having to write to them. I will be raising this with their traded body.

They have been dealing with my parents estate, taken nearly 2 years and still not complete. Constant delays, incompetence, missed money, ignored emails. Absolutely do not use this company, they only make a difficult and stressful situation worse.

Frankie recently visited us at home and we found him very professional and helpful from the minute he walked through the door. Carefully explaining things to us, he was very patient with our numerous questions. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never come across such an incompetent firm. Staff drop like flies, there is 0 communication and they take no accountability for their mistakes. I thought we were finally done with them but now we've found a spelling typo on the grant of probate which again, they are trying to pass the blame onto someone else. I'd steer well clear.

Great Service. Finally got around to making a will and chose a local solicitors, Simpsons in Kingswood. We were assigned Ali, who was both friendly and professional. He explained all the salient aspects of the will process, which ensured we were provided with a comprehensive will that has given us complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Simpsons Solicitors.

Absolutely shocking and incompetent law firm I have ever experienced for over 3 years I have been trying to sort out my parents lasting power of attorney and it's still not finalised I ask for call backs that never happens either they have letters for months from court but hasn't acted on them I wouldn't trust this company with walking my dog

Please under any circumstances DO NOT use this company 3 years on and still waiting for P,O,A to get sorted. They keep coming back after a while asking for more money each time they make a mistake!
