AVOID! The list of issues i had with Premier solicitors is a long one. I used them for a transfer of equity. Documents were not being read correctly, incorrect forms being sent causing months worth of delays. Forms for my case were being sent with other peoples details on them (GDPR breach), They attempted to over charge me TWICE, communication is awful, sometimes not hearing back for weeks, not once did i get a call back when i requested one. I was told by my solicitor that i could not complete on the transfer despite the lender and help to buy agreeing they were ready to go. My solicitor REFUSED to send the required paperwork to complete. She did it reluctantly on the very last day possible, thats 15 days after the offer had expired, thankfully there was a 15 day grace period. The whole process was 7 months of stress thanks to these guys. A cherry on top is that my official complaint has been ignored. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

We settled on Premier Solicitors to arrange Probate as their pricing was good and you got to talk to someone immediately. We had a complex situation with a trust for the will, however, that was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Our contact was Melba Paul who always answered our questions promptly and resolved all issues and ensured probate was submitted quickly. We were able to face to face meetings and Melba always ensured there was a personal touch. We will use their conveyancing services as a result and would definitely recommend Premier Solicitors.

I requested help to obtain LPAs and all the work was carried out to a high standard . I was kept informed at all times and gained information and advice which probably was unavailable online
