The deceased passed away in 2023 and with the exception of 1 or maybe 2 beneficiaries, none are UK residents and I am a co-executor in the estate. Premier wants to utilise Finders International, charging GBP81 per TT transaction when the average cost of TT is GBP30-50. There is no transparency as to their charges and I have come to realise that this maybe a ploy to retain and further delay payment to beneficiaries so that Premier can each interest payments.
We settled on Premier Solicitors to arrange Probate as their pricing was good and you got to talk to someone immediately. We had a complex situation with a trust for the will, however, that was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Our contact was Melba Paul who always answered our questions promptly and resolved all issues and ensured probate was submitted quickly. We were able to face to face meetings and Melba always ensured there was a personal touch. We will use their conveyancing services as a result and would definitely recommend Premier Solicitors.
I requested help to obtain LPAs and all the work was carried out to a high standard . I was kept informed at all times and gained information and advice which probably was unavailable online
Absolutely appalling service. Do not use. Alex Yates - solicitor (wills) major errors on letter, no response, 6 months and still no response but paid in December 2024, still awaiting confirmation and copy of will! And that it has been filed !! No idea if in place
Sam Freeman kept me informed throughout the whole process and dealt with my matter professionally and efficiently.
Avoid at all costs for any probate work. Unfortunately, we didn’t research prior to instructing them as they were linked with a will writer my mother in law had instructed. We, wrongly, assumed that all probate fees would be pretty similar in comparison but we could have saved over £23k by using another practice which didn’t charge a % of the estates worth - an expensive rooky error! We had to chase on a regular basis, they frequently asked for information that had already been given to them. We were given conflicting advice from different departments within the company and all in all had a very poor experience with them

Absolutely awful experience with Premier Solicitors. Used them for a transfer of equity and they don’t know what they’re doing. Incorrect forms being sent, multiple delays, paperwork getting lost, refusing to send paperwork when it was requested. They will also lie a lot too when you do eventually get hold of someone. I have left formal complaints that have gone ignored for 9 weeks now. Go elsewhere

AVOID! The list of issues i had with Premier solicitors is a long one. I used them for a transfer of equity. Documents were not being read correctly, incorrect forms being sent causing months worth of delays. Forms for my case were being sent with other peoples details on them (GDPR breach), They attempted to over charge me TWICE, communication is awful, sometimes not hearing back for weeks, not once did i get a call back when i requested one. I was told by my solicitor that i could not complete on the transfer despite the lender and help to buy agreeing they were ready to go. My solicitor REFUSED to send the required paperwork to complete. She did it reluctantly on the very last day possible, thats 15 days after the offer had expired, thankfully there was a 15 day grace period. The whole process was 7 months of stress thanks to these guys. A cherry on top is that my official complaint has been ignored. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

We used Premier Solicitors for our house purchase and found Ryan and Bhavisha to be professional and competent at what they do.
