    It was the first time my family had to engage with solicitors to represent us in a dispute against an individual. I was advised by a a close friend to go for a law firm that specialises in Wills and probate cases. Aristone came out top in my research.     Help with deed of variation / potential inheritance act claim

    My family were in a stressful situation regarding a deed of variation which we were all in agreement with apart from one individual who was failing to understand the consequences of not signing. The clarity of the communication from Patrick eventually achieved the outcome desired in every one’s best interest. Patrick and Jenny were very responsive to any queries. They quickly understood the complexity of the situation and as well as being professional they were sympathetic to the emotional circumstances. My only regret is that I didn’t approach them sooner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aristones or instructing them myself in the future should any such need arise.

    I want to thank Patrick, Jenny and the team with all their help. My mother died 4 years ago and her will was contested after probate. This stressful situation continued for over 3 years before a settlement was finally made a couple of months ago. This has been a long and expensive case and my husband and I want to thank Patrick and the team for all the work done to finally achieve a difficult settlement. Patrick and Jenny were always available at the end of the phone with helpful advice and legal experience. They went over and above to help us. Would recommend to anyone sadly having to seek legal advice.

    From the person answering the phone the moment I called Aristone to the support I received from Patrick, Jenny, James and the whole team at Aristone has been nothing but amazing. I was served with a very difficult will dispute. Patrick advised me on what steps to take and guided and supported me through the difficult parts. His advice was first class, I trusted him completely. He has a wealth of knowledge in contentious probate. Everything was dealt with very quickly by the team. All fees were made clear to me and updated when it dragged on. I would recommend them to anyone, I found them through a Google search when I didn't know where to turn to. I will be using again!

      I should like to make it clear from my review of 12 September that my beef with intrusive and persistent requests for reviews of performance is with ReviewSolicitors and not Aristones. There seems to be no mechanism to alter an earlier review, so yet another failing on this site. Aristones are a fine firm and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
