    Contentious Will and Probate

    It was the first time my family had to engage with solicitors to represent us in a dispute against an individual. I was advised by a a close friend to go for a law firm that specialises in Wills and probate cases. Aristone came out top in my research. We made the right choice and we thoroughly recommend them to use for whatever legal matters you need representation on. We won't hesitate to use them again and even family and friends will use them if they need to.

    Help with deed of variation / potential inheritance act claim

    My family were in a stressful situation regarding a deed of variation which we were all in agreement with apart from one individual who was failing to understand the consequences of not signing. The clarity of the communication from Patrick eventually achieved the outcome desired in every one’s best interest. Patrick and Jenny were very responsive to any queries. They quickly understood the complexity of the situation and as well as being professional they were sympathetic to the emotional circumstances. My only regret is that I didn’t approach them sooner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aristones or instructing them myself in the future should any such need arise.

    From the person answering the phone the moment I called Aristone to the support I received from Patrick, Jenny, James and the whole team at Aristone has been nothing but amazing. I was involved with a very difficult contentious probate issue. Patrick advised me on what steps to take and guided and supported me through the difficult parts. His advice was first class, I trusted him completely. He has a wealth of knowledge in contentious probate. Patrick advised me on the possible outcome from the start. Everything was dealt with very quickly by the team. All fees were made clear to me and updated when it dragged on. I would recommend them to anyone, I found them through a Google search when I didn't know where to turn to. I will be using again!

      Clarification of earlier review

      I should like to make it clear from my review of 12 September that my beef with intrusive and persistent requests for reviews of performance is with ReviewSolicitors and not Aristones. There seems to be no mechanism to alter an earlier review, so yet another failing on this site. Aristones are a fine firm and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
