A conveyancer that offered absolutely no personal touch. They have very little interest in talking to their customer and rely purely on email. Although they did actually do the job, there were sadly a number of unexpected items on the bill that weren't on the original quote and they had no interest in resolving a genuine complaint from me to address this.

Had a fantastic experience with Magda and Szymon of Charsley Harrison LLP. The process of buying and selling property is always a stressful one, but my experience of having the ‘Dream Team’, Magda and Szymon on my side for both, made the journey a pleasure! Incredibly organised, efficient and proactive. Communication was 5 star service throughout and for that I’m extremely thankful! Our chain wasn’t a particularly easy one, but Magda and Szymon kept everything on track from the beginning and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the journey. A huge thanks to both of you 🙂

We would highly recommend Magdalena & Szymon from Charsley Harrison. Our house sale went very smoothly. They were quick to respond to any questions by email or phone and were very knowledgeable about the whole process.
Absolutely awful experience from this firm, please do not use. Our parents had their will held here. When our mother passed, our elderly father attended an appointment to progress probate. Unfortunately he also passed 40 days later. As a family, we have had to deal with multiple delays, many mistakes including basic details such as date of death, rudeness from the solicitor and inaccuracies which have caused us all a great deal of upset during our grief. The delay in releasing our funds is unacceptable AND STILL ONGOING. If I could stand outside the premises with an AVOID placard I would!
