unexpected costs
A conveyancer that offered absolutely no personal touch. They have very little interest in talking to their customer and rely purely on email. Although they did actually do the job, there were sadly a number of unexpected items on the bill that weren't on the original quote and they had no interest in resolving a genuine complaint from me to address this.

Had a fantastic experience with Magda and Szymon of Charsley Harrison LLP. The process of buying and selling property is always a stressful one, but my experience of having the ‘Dream Team’, Magda and Szymon on my side for both, made the journey a pleasure! Incredibly organised, efficient and proactive. Communication was 5 star service throughout and for that I’m extremely thankful! Our chain wasn’t a particularly easy one, but Magda and Szymon kept everything on track from the beginning and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the journey. A huge thanks to both of you 🙂

A pity I am forced to leave a one star rating. Zero would be better. They managed a probate process with extreme carelessness. They allowed theft of property, including a vehicle, refused to report a break in to a house and negligently acted on a forged Will. I lost considerable sums and paid significant fees to partially rectify the situation. I ahbe spent several months trying to complain with no response.
