    Conveyancing matter

    I didn't feel my business was appreciated and often felt like my questions was more of a burden to them, and I was doing the work myself. The attention to details when it comes to inaccuracies and advice wasn't always good. I didn't appreciate that when I went to the office, I was left outside in the rain and cold while my query was dealt with by the person inside who stayed in the warmth of the office. Their fee was higher than usual but I didn't mind because I wanted to support my local business and they were on my doorstep. Paid top dollar for a poor service.

    Excellent solicitors, clear, professional, transparent and empathetic. Helped me see through an eviction to get my property back as soon as feasible despite ongoing delays by the Council (who unashamedly burden landlords with the responsibility of providing social services and housing in the UK, which not only costs landlords thousands of pounds and inundates the court system but more importantly it exposes vulnerable people incl. children to risk and undue stress.).
