Help with UK rental property

While resident in the US, Jacqueline and team helped me to economically change the ownership distribution of our UK rental property which will allow us each to make best use of our UK personal tax allowances now I have retired and collect an annuity. The process was explained clearly and performed on the agreed cost and schedule from abroad. Highly recommended and will be using to update our wills.

My Husband's Estate

We contacted Siraj Aziz wnen my husband died and we were given some misleading advice. he helped us with this replying the next day and putting our minds to rest. Because of this treatment, when it became necessary to apply for letters of administration, I contacted Siraj. He saw me quickly and did all that was required to get this letter. Delays were due to the government office. He always acted in a professional was and relied promptly

I initially appointed IBB Law following a telephone conversation with Amanda Melton whose experience and calm professionalism was exactly what I was looking for. Catherine O'Reilly was the solicitor who was appointed to my account and she was nothing short of brilliant. During an unexpected and difficult time when my wife was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and subsequently died. I was very pleased with the kindness and consideration given to our needs by Elena Hall of IBB Law. She undertook her duties not only in an extremely professional manner but also in a very compassionate way as well. Our needs were to add a codicil to my wife's will, then apply for LPAs for both of us. Finally I needed to make changes to my will and a completely new one was created.
All of these tasks were carried out over a period of 6 months with the minimum of fuss and in a highly professional manner.
I (and I'm sure that my deceased wife) can not recommend Mrs Hall highly enough and commend her attitude to our needs throughout.

Jacqueline Almond, who is a partner in the private client department is outstanding. Jacqueline has been our family solicitor for many years and has acted on numerous occasions with Wills, Powers of Attorney, finding a care company to care for my mother and step-father in their home and dealing with my late mother's estate, when she died in 2022. You could not find a better solicitor to help you through these issues. Indeed we were so lucky to have had Jacqueline to navigate our way through and we will certainly be asking Jacqueline to assist us in the future. Thank you so much Jacqueline for everything you have done for us.
