Was told ibb was going to represent me in court, the day before my hearing I chased them up as I hadn't heard a thing from them since. Was told I would be contacted with the name of the solicitor. I was never contacted. The day of my hearing no on showed and I was left on my own. Tried to calm them and was just left in hold.

One of the few solicitors that actually answered the phone on my initial enquiry. Very helpful and more importantly we received the correct advice that informed our decisions. Advice that would have been a bit unusual but was very critical. Always answered calls and emails promptly and they were always helpful and polite. Not the cheapest firm in the book, but value for money. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to Michael Charalambous at IBB Law when looking for a solicitor to deal with my late brother’s estate.
From our first appointment with Michael we found him very professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. He really helped us deal with a difficult situation and very awkward people. He always replied to our emails and phone calls promptly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and IBB Law to anyone looking for a good solicitor.

Never heard this kind of charges before even being under the breath limit, police decided to charge me. Sometimes you have to be very careful with police. I had to go through a rough time googling to find the right solicitor most of them were scaremongering showing the worst outcome and trying to charge a hefty fee. I really do not know why I choose IBB solicitors.
Natalie Demerist was my solicitor very calm and softly speaking, knew what she was doing without wasting any time, she dealt promptly with my case, My case was bit complicated as two county police were involved but with her professionalism she managed to convince the prosecutor and withdrew my charge and let me free without any disqualification or fines. I would really want to thank Natalie for taking my case and would want to recommend IBB solicitors hope they will keep up their good work and keep fighting for people like us who want to live a decent life but do not know what is on the corner. I would also like to thank Alexandra who always was calm and polite on the phone Thank you.

Martin listened to my story and provided a very extensive list of actions for me to consider, to determine the best possible defense. In some respects, he more than lead the barristers strategy and was instrumental in defining back up plans.
All in all, a very successful outcome.

I initially appointed IBB Law following a telephone conversation with Amanda Melton whose experience and calm professionalism was exactly what I was looking for. Catherine O'Reilly was the solicitor who was appointed to my account and she was nothing short of brilliant. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient; she kept me informed every step of the way. I felt I could not have been in better hands and was very lucky to have found Catherine. In my opinion, she is an outstanding solicitor.

Laurence Warnell was my conveyancer. The process started off well but then on the day I was to exchange contracts, Laurence contacted me to say I had to reschedule my completion date as they needed my mortgage offer to be reissued. IBB Law never warned me in advance that this would have to happen.
After this, communication from Laurence and IBB Law in general was very poor. I sympathise that my mortgage provider was being difficult for IBB Law to deal with but that doesn’t excuse them for not answering my emails for many days at a time and not reassuring me that they were trying everything they could. This became very stressful as time was running out until my revised completion date.
My estate agents got in touch with Judy from IBB Law and asked her to provide me with an update. She told them that they would call me on that day but I never received a call from them which I found quite rude.
The new mortgage offer came through so late that I only received the funds the day before my revised completion date, luckily just in time but this was uncomfortably close to having to delay again. Any later and I would have had to reorganise another completion date and possibly anger my seller, or the seller may have decided to pull out.
Laurence and IBB Law made the process far more stressful than it had to be, especially since I was a first time buyer and new to all of this. Not a pleasant experience, I would not use IBB Law again.

During an unexpected and difficult time when my wife was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and subsequently died. I was very pleased with the kindness and consideration given to our needs by Elena Hall of IBB Law. She undertook her duties not only in an extremely professional manner but also in a very compassionate way as well. Our needs were to add a codicil to my wife's will, then apply for LPAs for both of us. Finally I needed to make changes to my will and a completely new one was created.
All of these tasks were carried out over a period of 6 months with the minimum of fuss and in a highly professional manner.
I (and I'm sure that my deceased wife) can not recommend Mrs Hall highly enough and commend her attitude to our needs throughout.
