    Help with UK rental property

    While resident in the US, Jacqueline and team helped me to economically change the ownership distribution of our UK rental property which will allow us each to make best use of our UK personal tax allowances now I have retired and collect an annuity. The process was explained clearly and performed on the agreed cost and schedule from abroad. Highly recommended and will be using to update our wills.

    Jacqueline Almond, who is a partner in the private client department is outstanding. Jacqueline has been our family solicitor for many years and has acted on numerous occasions with Wills, Powers of Attorney, finding a care company to care for my mother and step-father in their home and dealing with my late mother's estate, when she died in 2022.
