First impression was good, but unfortunately the solicitor didn't collect all my information which was crucial. They made numerous mistakes that I was charged thousands for. Did not have interest to instruct me properly and eventually when realised that the solicitor became a part of post separation economic abuse of me, just dropped me saying that I was not truthful. I gave all the correct information and evidence, but the evidence was not only ignored, they increased my pensions pots and decreased my ex assets despite evidence and all disclosed bank statements showed otherwise. They have no interest to do their job properly. It was stressful and expensive experience filled with incorrect statements about already disclosed documents. It was obvious that they didn't act in my best interest, what worse they ignored my health problems. I run out of money. They should apply for a court order, so my ex and his solicitor would be forced to show everything. Instead they kept making excuses for him and mistakes that cost me thousands. And of course when pointed at all evidence they refused to accept responsibility. They got some bad reviews on the Internet for a reason.

I was pleasantly greeted on my arrival by both receptionists, one of whom promptly went and asked one of the solicitors to come and speak to me. Despite an office meetin being about to occur the solicitor took time to have a look at the paperwork I had brought. It appeared that I would need some pasport sized photo's which I went and obtained and returned to be asked to leave the dfocuments and that they would contact me by phone to set up an appointment the same afternoon, which they did. By 4:15pm all was done and dusted, the young lady solicitor even appologising for the amount of time taked. i must admit I was not expecting same day service, but that is what I got. Hats off to them for their great staff and service.

Surprise £1000 bill 2 days after completion and a week after I has settled the bill on the day I reserved it. They made basic error with data entry never checked their work they poorly communicated this error. Refused to check for any other error and no replay to my complete after 4 weeks.
