Constant chasing

I used simply legal for the sale of my property and spent myself, agent and buyers solicitor spent so much time chasing issues that should have been dealt with. There was always an excuse of why something had not been done blaming the other solicitor. Even now after the sale I am still awaiting things to be sorted out . I have found the whole process with Simply legal very stressful and personally would not use them again

A really good experience to help sell my home. Would definitely recommend for house sales as that’s what I used them for. Kaz was a great solicitor and kept me in the loop as much as I needed and was really professional and friendly. Great service and got there finally.

After an initial request from me to increase the communication my experience was positive. Gurpreet rang every week to update me. Gurpreet Chaggers at Simply Legal was efficient and enabled us to move to our new property. Their rates were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
