A+++ Excellent practical legal advice and communication throughout
Mohammed Arfan at Simply Legal has been a breath of fresh air throughout our conveyancing process. Clearly a highly experienced solicitor, at every turn he's offered solid and practical legal advice including proactively managing our case. Just as important, he's always been available to speak and respond to emails and clearly prides himself on providing a same day response to any queries we've had. I would 100% recommend simply legal, especially Sameera. From the start of house buying/selling Sameera has been absolutely fantastic. She talked me through every step (as I had no idea what was doing) and worked all hours to get us to exchange and completion. Sameera definitely went above and beyond, we cannot thank her enough.

A tricky sale; it took a while to get there, but we did in the end. The solicitor who had acted for us when we bought the property (a London ex-Council flat) was out of his depth and had left issues unresolved that only came out when we sold it. Simply Legal are great. We dealt with several members of their staff along the way who were all very pleasant and helpful, but in the end they had to get the "Big Guns" out in the form of Sameera Yasin Fazal, a solicitor who I can only describe as outstanding. Put it this way: you'd much rather have her acting for you than against you!
