Mohammed Arfan at Simply Legal has been a breath of fresh air throughout our conveyancing process. Poor communication from simply legal regarding our sale and purchasing our house. No updates unless we chase them. They gave a moving date which didn’t come to fruition. In fact, there was still outstanding paperwork within the chain, so the moving date was never achievable.

A tricky sale; it took a while to get there, but we did in the end. The solicitor who had acted for us when we bought the property (a London ex-Council flat) was out of his depth and had left issues unresolved that only came out when we sold it. Simply Legal are great. We dealt with several members of their staff along the way who were all very pleasant and helpful, but in the end they had to get the "Big Guns" out in the form of Sameera Yasin Fazal, a solicitor who I can only describe as outstanding. Put it this way: you'd much rather have her acting for you than against you!
