Mohammed Arfan at Simply Legal has been a breath of fresh air throughout our conveyancing process. Clearly a highly experienced solicitor, at every turn he's offered solid and practical legal advice including proactively managing our case. Just as important, he's always been available to speak and respond to emails and clearly prides himself on providing a same day response to any queries we've had. Sharing this review on behalf of my mother who was a client who used simply legal to sell a property. Overall they got the job done but at times it seemed like repetitive paperwork sent over emails. Had to deal with multiple people at times and became a little confusing. Not wonderful if you aren't savy with technology. Also felt like a lot of chasing them to get things done.
I bought my first house as a first time buyer and Simply Legal has been outstanding legally handling the matters on our behalf. Mr. Mohammad has been outstanding in terms of clear communication and finishing the sale earlier than expected. Highly recommended…..5 stars
We had a fantastic experience with Simply Legal, especially with Suryana, who handled our house purchase. Our case was more complicated than usual because of issues left over from our previous solicitors, but she made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being much easier than we expected, thanks to her professionalism and efficiency. Everyone we met at Simply Legal was also a pleasure to deal with. Their administration and communication were in general organised and prompt,
I would 100% recommend simply legal, especially Sameera. From the start of house buying/selling Sameera has been absolutely fantastic. She talked me through every step (as I had no idea what was doing) and worked all hours to get us to exchange and completion. Sameera definitely went above and beyond, we cannot thank her enough.
A tricky sale; it took a while to get there, but we did in the end. The solicitor who had acted for us when we bought the property (a London ex-Council flat) was out of his depth and had left issues unresolved that only came out when we sold it. Simply Legal are great. We dealt with several members of their staff along the way who were all very pleasant and helpful, but in the end they had to get the "Big Guns" out in the form of Sameera Yasin Fazal, a solicitor who I can only describe as outstanding. Put it this way: you'd much rather have her acting for you than against you!

Poor communication from simply legal regarding our sale and purchasing our house. No updates unless we chase them. They gave a moving date which didn’t come to fruition. In fact, there was still outstanding paperwork within the chain, so the moving date was never achievable.
