Olusegun Samuel Ajayi Blackbird Solicitors.
Ok…here goes… My journey started mid 2024 when my landlord decided to give me notice to vacate his property, firstly 6 months and then 4 weeks notice. I am a 57 year old single male and did not know any of my rights or what direction I should take, my anxiety levels were through the roof. I needed to find a professional who could help me and advise me. I looked at various solicitors and the first one I called was Blackbird solicitors and tbh I am so glad I did. A meeting was arranged for me to explain my situation and circumstances to the solicitor. Luckily for me, Olusegun Samuel Ajayi was the professional I spoke to and if it was not for him, I know I would not be where I am today…. Olu has the patience of a saint, there must be days he thought ‘what have I let myself in for’ but credit where credits due. Olu explained everything to me In a way I understood, we went to court and came out with a fantastic result. This was not the end of the matter and Olu then guided me through the duty that the council should afford me. Olu made sure that the council(s) were kept on their toes, taking no prisoners, making sure I had copies of all correspondence, made on my behalf. I honestly feel that Olu went above and beyond for me and words really do not seem enough for how much he helped me, I really cannot praise Olu enough. I would absolutely recommend Blackbird solicitors to anyone needing help and advice, it’s been a long journey but the outcome I couldn't of dreamed of… Again…,thank you Olu, you a top man. Bless👍
