She really knew her stuff which I'd expect from a professional but I also found her to be approachable, friendly, calm and patient which just took a lot of stress out of the process"

Tracy from Jamieson Alexander Limited lead the sale of our flat in Fulham. An offer was made in January and we completed in Mid June after a fairly torturous and protracted process. Tracy worked hard with tact and patience, on our behalf, to overcome a number of issues. We were kept informed throughout and the final hectic week resulted in a successful conclusion to the sale. Tracy was fantastic to deal with during our move. No matter what the other parties are doing, Tracy was always ahead of the process, asking us for things in advance so that we didn't delay the process, and reliably replied to emails and phone calls. Her calm and competent manner inspired confidence in us, and our estate agents. A steadying influence on what felt like a rocky chain. Not the cheapest quote I had, but amazing value for money and peace of mind in getting the transactions completed.

Jamieson Alexander helped us with all things property legal. The help us handle difficult tenants and assisted with the sale of our property. Friendly and professional one stop legal shop.
We cannot thank Lola enough for the support she has been providing from day one. We needed to complete by a specific date to lock in the mortgage rate and time was at essence. The weeks we had for completion since offer acceptance were very limited and she has suggested time was potentially not enough when we approached her but has been tackling our application since. She has offered support, advise and mostly a firm hand with seller's solicitors when needed, to protect us. We feel so lucky our broker recommended Jamieson Alexander for our purchase and forever grateful this was assigned to Lola. We will recommend her and the firm to anyone needing a property legal and indeed go back to her should we need in the future. A very happy first time buyer couple.
We were over the moon with JAL. We worked with Tracy, Catherine, Sarah and Yasmin. They dealt with our sale and purchase of a property. They're incredibly professional, yet have a personal and 'human' approach. We had a very stressful chain situation at the 11th hour, and they were truly excellent at keeping us informed. They're really responsive, over phone and email, (they actually call you) which is not what I have experienced before with solicitors. Would 110% recommend them, and we will definitely use them again.
I used Jamieson Alexander for my shared ownership sale. Lola, who handled my case was excellent throughout. She was professional and communicative, even going so far as to respond to my queries during her holiday when the buyer's solicitor messed up. Jamieson Alexander were more expensive than some of the other quotes that I received at the time. But, having experienced my fair share of cheap but terrible solicitors in the past, I'd say it's a case of you usually get what you pay for. I highly recommend Lola if you are looking for a reliable solicitor.

Terrible service, very unresponsive and inaccurate in work

This was the most terrible experience I've ever had with a law firm.Please be careful and do not make the same mistake I did in trusting this firm with important legal work and an important legal case. The staff turnover is so bad that my case was passed from person to person until it went all the way up to the head of the firm - Alexander Pappin. An extremely rude and condescending man and the firm has still not fixed my issue and lost the cases I gave them! My new law firm was x10 better.
