Jamieson Alexander Legal is a private solicitors practice with our head office located in London, EC4. All our lawyers and staff pride themselves on being fit, active and healthy, not stuffy. Although we opened our doors in 2013, we also all have a healthy passion for the outdoors, hence our tagline: 'a breath of fresh air'. As a firm, we work for both individuals and various types of organisations. Whoever our client, our aim is to truly understand our clients' needs in order to achieve great results and to provide the best possible service along the way. "Tracy Flaherty did the conveyancing for the sale of 2 London flats for us in 2025 (a difficult year for London sales). She really knew her stuff which I'd expect from a professional but I also found her to be approachable, friendly, calm and patient which just took a lot of stress out of the process"

Initially, they were on the ball and easy to contact. However, since one of their team (Kerri Hunter) was assigned to my case, has left this firm, things have really fallen apart and the staff turnover is so bad that the responses to my messages has totally gone downhill. They have become so unreliable I have had to move to another firm for fear of missing deadlines on important court deadlines. Unreliable and sloppy work given the high amount of fees I have paid them to date that now seem all wasted!

DO NOT HIRE THEM they messed up my legal case, got it all wrong, and it cost me tens of thousands of pounds! The lawyers are consending, inaccurate, and have no concept of customer service or trying to win for their clients!

Couldn't believe my luck having Samuel Harley as my solicitor. The other 2 parties in the transaction ended up being very jealous of me having the best and fastest person for the job. Constantly quick and infromed responses, went above and beyond. Heard of so many horror stories with slow solicitors wasting time & money - and this was the opposite experience. Recommended him to everyone. Thanks Sam!

This was the most terrible experience I've ever had with a law firm.Please be careful and do not make the same mistake I did in trusting this firm with important legal work and an important legal case. The staff turnover is so bad that my case was passed from person to person until it went all the way up to the head of the firm - Alexander Pappin. An extremely rude and condescending man and the firm has still not fixed my issue and lost the cases I gave them! My new law firm was x10 better.

I had an employment dispute where Melihate Ibishi acted on my behalf. She was strong, fierce and courteous towards the other side and yet friendly and compassionate toward me. She would ease my mind at times of panic and truly obtained a result beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend her and the firm and needless to say, I would use her again for employment or property work.
I can not recommended them enough.. They supported me so very well.

Tracy was fantastic to deal with during our move. No matter what the other parties are doing, Tracy was always ahead of the process, asking us for things in advance so that we didn't delay the process, and reliably replied to emails and phone calls. Her calm and competent manner inspired confidence in us, and our estate agents. A steadying influence on what felt like a rocky chain. Not the cheapest quote I had, but amazing value for money and peace of mind in getting the transactions completed.
