The lasting Effects were devastating and I felt the advice to be very scant considering the situation. Should have done my research but I was not in a place to do so. Grim!

The simplest of conveyancing tasks with no searches, surveys or mortgages and both parties using the same MCP branch took 5 months. Many excuses and varying promises and assurances were offered and after both parties provided documents each party solicitor said they were being held up waiting for we eventually exchanged and completed on the same day. I’m totally embarrassed we recommend MCP to the seller and we never use them again.
