    Not the cheapest but worth every penny in difficult UK process

    Buying and selling of properties in the uk is extremely stressful and mine was not straight forward. 1st finding a public footpath running through my property and then after sorting the issue with my buyer satisfactorily, the chain broke further up the chain on day of exchange. A nightmare 9 months,.. BUT Elaine at Copley's was fully supportive through it all. Advice, help and being there for me when needed with her supportive hadn on attitude, was exactly what I need to continue with, what is, a nightmare process in the UK for buying and selling. If Elaine was not there then cover was available. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. I highly recommend Copleys, and a big shout out for Elaine.

    Speedy house sale

    We have used Mark at Copleys for the conveyancing on multiple house purchases and sales, and every experience has been smooth from start to finish. Everything progressed quickly and efficiently, and we always felt the process was well managed. Communication was excellent throughout.
