Needed conveyancing for transfer of equity in a fairly tight timescale. They quoted quickly, paperwork simple, communications short, concise and tonal. Claire completed ahead of schedule, comms remained minimal, brief and clear throughout. Costs were as quoted. Job done, would recommend.

From start to finish Katie was absolutely superb. Clear communication (explained the legal terminology) approachable and attempted to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Bumps in the road (from external parties) were negotiated professionally and with understanding that emotions were potentially heightened. I felt in safe hands. The company was recommended by my estate agents (additional quotes sourced): very competitive rates for an outstanding service.

From the moment I met Rebecca Baxter it felt like, meeting an old friend. She was so kind and friendly. Everything was explained to me clearly ,sometimes meeting with solicitors you get a bit tongue tied and get your word mixed up, but, that didn’t happen . Rebecca was just so nice. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know. The process is quick easy and she took care of everything. I would certainly use her again, if the needs arises.

When it comes to selecting solicitor very often it is a pure lottery. We read some opinions on the internet and decided to go with Serjeant & Son. I suppose it was a good choice, although my experience is very limited. Before signing up we were clearly informed about the cost, predicted time length of the whole process and all the usual nitty-gritties. Throughout all the process we were kept informed, even when nothing happened and we just waited. Just to let us know they have not forgotten about us. Another good experience - our querries were answered very quickly, the same or very next day. Again, that's something which tells you that they are there for you.
