I cannot recommend Katie and Isabel enough for their diligence and professionalism. Katie walked us through the process carefully as a lot had changed in the 28 years since we last sold and brought a property. She was always friendly and courteous to us, she was an actual delight to work with, we cannot thank her enough for all her help. Likewise we will be forever grateful for Isabels help and swift response to our queries. She acted on our behalf with great integrity, and again was always courteous in her dealings with us. We would like to thank them both for their help, and would like their superiors to know how impressed we were with the service they provided.

Wanted a codicil to my will. Travelled from Lowestoft to Thetford and it was understood what I wanted but a month later I had to ring to find out where it was. They apologised and got it quickly sorted

Poor service with undisclosed fees. I approached this solicitors enquiring about making a will, stating that I had never made one before. I attended an extremely short appointment where it became clear I needed more time to decide on a few aspects of the will and it was left that I would contact the solicitors when I had made my decision. I decided to give myself time and chose not to pursue a will creation with the company at that point. At no point during the process was I made aware that any cost would be incurred if I didn't proceed with the will. Perhaps it was my own naivety expecting things to be made clear and transparent when dealing with a customer. I've just received a letter informing me that I owe them £105 for the brief 15 minute meeting that I had with them and the subsequent, unsolicited prompter letters that they sent me. Avoid this company and use another local solicitor that has a more helpful and transparent approach when it comes to their customers.
