I used Vanessa Newman because I knew and trusted her to do a good job, she did not let me down.
We had one sale fall through because of issues with the buyer, but once a buyer was found everything whent smoothly.

Sale and Purchase Conveyance move from South Cambs to Felixstowe
With all the problems of dealing with selling and buying a property, we can sincerely say that Vanessa and her team where the one part of the entire process that we are delighted with, from the very first contact through to completion on both properties.

Vanessa and her team have been a God send. I had to navigate leaving a controling situation and came across challenges that were unnecessarily stressful . I felt like I was in safe hands with Vanessa. She conducts herself with dignity and integrity. She didn't allow the situation to phase her, she stood firm in the face of the challenges that where thrown her way from the sale/transfer of equity side of the sale/purchase. Her conduct was clear ,consistent and also reassuring. Her communication with myself and the developer was smooth and again consistent.
I also have to mention Malcolm and Carla , every time I called they where knowledgeable, able to communicate and update me and always warm.
Very happy in my new home and greatful for Vanessa and her team for getting me there.

Vikki and I have used Vanessa Newman on three property sales now and on each occasion Vanessa has been brilliant. We we able to pop in to her office for impromptu meetings, call or email and get an immediate response. Her team of Carla, Malcom and Gary are excellent at what they do too. The pricing is fixed and we thought very reasonable for such a great service. I would give Vanessa and her team a ten star rating if i could and, wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the area to support your conveyancing needs. I would like to personally thanks Vanessa and her team for providing s with a great services… thanks team Vanessa. X

Conveyancing firms are often solicitors who offer the personal service but are old school in their approach to problems, fighting amongst themselves over issues rather than resolving them, and not overly concerned about technology or the time the transaction takes. The alternative is large online conveyancers who are very technology and timescale led but who completely lack any personal service at all, as the transactions may be dealt with by teams and a client may never get to speak to the same person twice. We want to take the best of both services and offer the client a service where they can be assured that we use as much technology as is possible to assist us in the transaction, we will think outside of the box to find solutions to problems, we will get the transaction to completion as quickly as possible and we will make sure that the client has a personal service from their fee earner.
