What started as the sale of a single residential property eventually became - almost - the sale of two properties.
In fact, the initial property sale was almost complete when a serious water escape made it impossible to keep the property on the market and so it was withdrawn until repairs had been carried out.
When the property was marketed the second time, the whole legal process was repeated for the new buyers and completion eventually took place some eighteen months after the first marketing.

I did need to speak directly with Vanessa a few times and was able to call her. When the final papers came through Vanessa tagged all the pages that needed to be signed and I was able to either post or hand the papers back. Vanessa was able to get my case completed just in time for Christmas. I was buying a shared ownership property (new-build). The service was done efficiently and in a timely manner.
