My chain was particularly difficult. We began the process of moving in February and didn't finish until mid-October. Throughout we had to deal with chain collapses and a particularly difficult team of solicitors elsewhere in the chain that caused numerous delays that might've tanked the sale had I gone with a different team. Instead, Vanessa Newman Property Lawyers, and Amanda in particular, consistently went above and beyond with specialist knowledge and unrivalled perseverance, and in absolutely no small part to their efforts, I am now sitting in my new living room having moved. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amanda was professional and friendly, kept me updated and answered any queries I had. I also liked the printed folder of documents as well, which made organisation easy. The buying process with Amanda was smooth, and stress-free. I also spoke with Vanessa and Gary from the team, who were great and I would recommend and use them again!

I made the mistake of initially appointing a national conveyancing company who do everything online via a very annoying portal. One month in I was so frustrated with the poor service and masses of auto generated emails I sacked them and went with Vanessa. I am so glad I did. From the start everything was a breeze. Super communication, fast responses and minimal uploading of documents. Having someone you can call directly and visit their office is absolutely critical at a highly stressful time.
