The representation received by these solicitors I found to be very low quality and I regretted choosing these solicitors. I found the advice and experts being used to be low quality and not worthy of praise or recommendation. I had to be proactive in my claim and correspond directly with the defendant and their expert to ensure my claim was successful. I made the mistake of not checking the negative reviews about the DLP, Dental Law Partnership, after the unsatisfactory representation and complaints I had to make to the DLP I read the negative reviews and realised I made a mistake choosing this firm. There is a lot more negative things I could list but it would make my review significantly long so I will keep it basic. Fortunately I am very articulate and was able to represent my claim directly to the defendant which they accepted liability on that basis. I do NOT recommend these solicitors, the Dental Law Partnership. DLP. The service I received from them was far below the minimum standard i expected.

After giving bad review and seeing the expected placatory suggestion to ring why would I need to do that! You have all the evidence, I have the pain, it's obvious there isn't enough in it for you to spend time on.

Not a company for those interested in truth, justice or transparency.

My claim is still in a relatively early stage as far as these things seem to go, but the service I have received so far from my Paralegal Niamh has been excellent. She has kept me up to date and has been available and very helpful whenever I’ve phoned - Importantly, she knew me and my case details. Keep up the good work!

Avoid using them, very dodgy place. They are not professional, they hide their names for a reason.

Took on my dental liability claim after looking into the details, and said I had a very strong case. After allowing the defendants 7 months to reply, to which of course they denied any liability, proceeded to immediately close the case. Absolute waste of time... avoid at all costs...
