I contacted DLP, having been referred by Steve Lockwood with my case. However, on further investigation they were not able to take it on. They kept me informed, replying within less than 12 hours of the enquiry being sent over with a call explaining the process and reasoning for being unable to take my case on. Written confirmation was received the same day, advising me I may wish to seek alternative avenues. All very helpful and professional throughout.

DLP have been incredibly after a long time and lots of hard work put in by so many of staff at DPL. Near the end of my case following the transfer of casework responsibility to Nick Hampson, I was hugely impressed by all aspects of his practice. He is clear thinking, efficient, timely in his endeavours. He provided clear advice, kept me fully informed throughout and achieved a reasonable settlement for me.

My Dental nightmare
I contacted the dental law partnership after id had major private treatment go terribly wrong.
From initial contact to settlement i had no problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend.
Thanks to the dental law partnership I'm now able to put this dark cloud behind me and get the dental work required to rectify the damage..

This firm is very bad
This firm is dodgy and it is a big mistake I chose them. Check out the 1 star reviews on trust pilot specially from Carrie and Jonny Firth. This firm uses a dentist for independent opinions that has a claim against them and it took 4 months for them to tell client the dentist works for them. They got info from client and then told them. Also they tried to bribe another client with £500 to write a positive review and remove negative review. I would never use this firm again or recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, you never know until you try
I started off speaking with Olivia who was so reassuring and made me feel less embarrassed in what i told her. She then passed me to Rebecca McVety who was absolutely amazing. She answered any questions I asked straight away, she always kept me informed and that I'm thankful for. I've seen some negative feed back for this company and I can only assume it was because the cases wasn't taken on, this is a no win no fee company so they are only going to take the cases that they think will win. If you think you have a case then try them because you have nothing to lose, I did it and won.
Keep smashing it Rebecca! Amazing work and I will always be thankful to you x

Problem was explained and investigated by the excellent team of experts who brought a case to a successful conclusion, obviously takes time as legal wheels turn slowly but everyone involved was helpful and extremely knowledgeable explaining what was happening and I clearly understood the process involved. Would certainly recommend to anyone in my position.

The DLP were great to work with and made making a claim much easier than I thought it would be. Kyle was professional and always made sure I knew what options I had at every stage of the claim. Kyle also offered sensible advice to make my decision making easier. It was a pleasure to work with the DLP as a whole and I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a dental claim.

I can't thank Rebecca McVety and the amazing team at DLP enough.
Rebecca's dedication, attention to detail and patience throughout my claim was unsurpassed.
Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept up to date on every aspect of my claim.
5 Stars are not nearly enough, DLP go above and beyond, I highly recommend them for any dental claims.

I was assigned Niamh Wells as my paralegal and she was brilliant from the 1st day i made contact with Dental Law until my case was passed on internally. She kept me fully up to date both by email and personally in many phone calls (A lost trait i find these days) She always responded speedily to any queries i had or if an update was required, and she was tenacious when dealing with dentists on my behalf involved in my case as well.

Back in Sept 2022, I was distraught by the thought of losing a tooth due to dental negligence by my dentist. I contacted the Dental Law Partnership, and my case was taken on within hours.
My dentist was difficult and did not co-operate, he would not release my dental records in full, which delayed the claim. The legal team at DLP was experienced at handling this kind of situation, they informed me of legal actions that could be taken, and it was successful. My dentist, eventually, handed over my dental records in full. Paralegal - Abi Joinson, helped me with this matter.
My representative - Olivia Mounsey (legal), who helped me with the claim, was highly professional, she worked fast, guided me throughout the case, offered me advice, and prepared me for the eventual outcome ahead of time.
Thanks to everyone at The Dental Law Partnership, my case led to a successful claim.
